We are sure that we are all aware by now that the need to protect each other is paramount. In an attempt to ensure we play our part we are adopting the following measures until further notice.
1. The office will be manned daily from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday but will not be open to visitors.
Why? – This is so we can still be here to manage your account and respond to your needs. This activity in no way risks the health of the team or our clients.
2. All of the studio operations, such as graphic design, website design work or content updates will be undertaken off site.
Why? – Our systems are portable and we are only following the process laid down in our standard disaster recovery planning. Also, by reducing the need for any member of the team having to travel into the office it reduces the risk of transmission of the virus.
3. Our print production hubs will be operating but delivery times may need to be adjusted.
Why? – Communication products are the key to ensuring we keep people safe and informed, from signs and notices, to newspapers and direct mail correspondence, they all contribute to the effort in combating the spread of the virus. Our production facilities have made all of the appropriate arrangements needed to ensure the services are available to you.
With all of these measures in place, we can still work as normal but we will continue to monitor the situation and update you as necessary.
